MS/HS Reminders and Athletic Schedules

We have received a lot of the same questions in regards to the information below... 
Please take a minute to read through. 
Athletic Schedules are also attached.

The MS/HS Office is open from 7:30am – 4:00pm / Monday - Friday
 

  1. Parents/Guardians SKYWARD accounts: You will need a log in and password for SKYWARD access. If you do not know this, please contact Lindsay or Sunni in the High School/Middle School office to confirm your information.

 1. ASB Cards/Parent Athletic Passes: 
  • These items are Non-Refundable.
    1. Gate Entry fees - $7/adults, $5/student or senior citizens, students with a current school year Asotin ASB card are Free.
  • HS/MS ASB Cards - $50 (required for all students participating in MS/HS sports)
  • Adult Sports Passes - $65 / Senior Citizen - $50
  • Cash or check ONLY. 
 2.  Yearbooks
  • HS Yearbooks will be available for purchase starting September 1st- $50 (cash or check only) Make check payable to AASD
    • This payment MUST be separate from all other ASB payments. 
  • MS Yearbooks will be available for purchase starting September 1st $30 (cash or check only) Make check payable to AHS
 3. Drop off/Pick up times:
  • If you are dropping off your student before school or they are driving, please beware that ALL doors will be open for students to enter the building no sooner than 7:30 am and locked at 8:00 am. Students are not to be on campus before 7:30 am. After 8:00am the only access to the MS/HS will be through the front office doors on second street. Students must check in at the front office if they are late.
  • Doors will be open at the end of the day between 2:30-3:00PM. All doors will lock back up at 3:00PM. Students must be off campus by 3:00pm unless with a supervisor or coach. No exceptions. 
 4. Messages for students: 
  • Call the office to send a message to students. 509-243-4151.
  • No messages will be taken after 2:00 pm.
  • Messages will be delivered to students a 2:15 pm.
 5. Deliveries: 
  • Please no goodies/treats delivered for students/classes unless prior approval through the building Principal.

Monday 9/09/2024 -Updated inside practice schedule for today in case air quality forces us to stay indoors. 
Remember, the WIAA and Dept. of Health require all activity and athletic groups to be indoors at and above 150. As of 8:33 am: 161 (airnow.gov).
