 ACT Test

ACT - The most widely used college entrance exam.  The ACT consists of four multiple-choice tests that cover four skill areas: English, math, reading, and science.  The Writing Test, which is optional, measures skills in planning and writing a short essay.  Some colleges require the Writing Test. Check with your colleges of interest to see if the Writing Test is required.  Registration materials may be picked up in the Counseling Office or apply online at http://www.actstudent.org.  AHS school code number is 480-040.
